Expanding Company seeks OMS Integration Software Engineer to be the CRD (Charles River) subject matter expert, taking ownership of CRD related FIX/API integration programming projects.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced software engineer to do innovative and interesting bespoke projects working as part of small tight-knit team of very talented software engineers.
This role is mostly remote with onsite work in Southern Connecticut required only ~2-3 days per month.
Very competitive compensation (~250-300K+) and a great benefits package.
In summary, you will contribute to all levels of software design and development, focusing on Order Management Systems (OMS) integrations. You will work directly with senior managers and clients to understand problems and then build elegant solutions. This will include working on feature development, testing, bug fixing, maintenance, and support of FIX, and web service API interfaces to OMS.

- Develop C# code to enhance the Charles River IMS integration.
- Coding/enhancing the interface with CRD FIX system.
- Interface with CRD web services and XML messaging APIs.
- Debug inter-system mapping, logic, and workflow issues.
- Test and deploy code for use in production
Requirements include:
- CRD (Charles River) SME
- Strong C#.NET
- Experience resolving FIX and webservice API connectivity/logical issues.
- Familiarity with foreign exchange, fixed income, and OTC derivative asset classes workflows in CRD.
- Deep experience using CRD FIX and web service APIs.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with Computer Science or other quantitative course of study (math, physics,...)
