We’re seeking a Compliance Analyst with 2+ years of banking compliance experience and strong, hands-on background in Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) work. This role is central to supporting compliance assessments, remediation, and reporting.
This is a hybrid schedule onsite 2-3 days per week at midtown NYC location.
In summary, you will:
Lead and support Compliance RCSA assessments: control testing, documentation, remediation, and reporting.
Draft, refine, and execute test scripts for compliance controls.
Track and reconcile compliance training data.
Compile governance committee materials, KRIs, and regulatory reporting.
Requirements include:
2+ years of compliance experience in Banking.
Proven hands-on RCSA experience required.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
