We are seeking a high energy junior to mid-level Human Resources Generalist with strong Payroll and Benefits experience to work for an expanding company.

You will take ownership of a bi-weekly payroll, related time keeping and benefit administration while supporting the Director of Human Resources regarding HR generalist activities.


In summary you will:

  • On board new employees.
  • Coordinate open enrollment
  • Oversee all timekeeping to ensure that all employees time is accurately recorded.
  • Process the biweekly payroll.
  • Manage all benefit administration including enrolling new employees
  • Manage all benefit administration including enrolling new employees
  • Track PTO.
  • Provide detailed payroll reporting and census reporting
  • Manage all FMLA, disability and worker's compensation
  • Provide Talent Acquisition administrative support including writing job postings and scheduling interviews.
  • Administrative talent acquisition functions
  • 2+ years Human Resources
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience handling confidential information with professional discretion
  • Payroll and benefits administration experience
  • Excellent Windows PC skills including a high proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word with some related reporting experience
  • Ability to handle and support multiple projects concurrently
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree
